These rules are the agreement between you and the desk that runs allpanelexchange.app. Read them once — they are short on purpose.

1. About this site

allpanelexchange.app is an independent access desk for the AllPanelExch panel group. We publish how the panels, the demo IDs and the app work, and we connect you to the desk on WhatsApp, where your ID is issued and supported. This site is not the official website of any exchange or panel operator, does not accept wagers, holds no balances and processes no payments. Your actual ID and its play are governed by the panel's own terms, set out in your welcome message.

2. The basics

By using this site, messaging the desk or holding an ID issued through it, you accept these rules. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or the desk. We may change these rules at any time; changes are posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the changed rules.

3. Definitions

• Site — this website, any subdomain of it, and its pages.
• Desk — the people who answer the WhatsApp number linked from this site.
• Panel — a betting-exchange website run under the AllPanelExch group, where your markets, odds and balance live.
• ID — the username and password issued to you for a panel.
• Welcome message — the first message the desk sends you with your panel link, ID and the panel's own rules.
• We / us — the desk that runs this site. You — the person reading this who uses the site or holds an ID.

4. Who can hold an ID

• You must be at least 18 years old, or your jurisdiction's legal gambling age if higher.
• You must be an actual person — companies and bots cannot hold IDs.
• You act on your own behalf only, in a personal, non-professional capacity.
• It is your responsibility to know that betting online is legal where you live.
• One person, one ID. Shared IDs are how balances get disputed.

5. Demo IDs

Demo IDs are trial credentials with practice credit, issued on request through WhatsApp. They exist so you can learn the panel before depositing. A demo ID is not a promise of winnings, and practice results are not a forecast of live markets. The desk can suspend or reuse demo IDs at any time, and demo credit has no cash value.

6. Your account and security

• Keep your username and password secret. Do not share them with anyone — including anyone claiming to be from the desk.
• The desk never asks for your password or OTP. Anyone who does is not the desk.
• You are responsible for everything done with your ID, even if someone else used it.
• Tell the desk immediately if you think someone else has your password.
• Keep the registration details you gave the desk accurate and current.

7. Verification

Before your first withdrawal — and at any other time the panel requires — the panel or the desk may ask you to verify who you are: name, phone number, and proof that the payment methods you use are yours. Provide what is asked, accurately. If you cannot or will not verify, the panel can freeze the ID and withhold the balance, and the desk can decline to continue service. Verification exists to protect you and to meet anti-money-laundering duties.

8. Payments

• No money moves through this website. Deposits and withdrawals are arranged on WhatsApp with the desk, by the payment channels the desk names in the chat.
• Pay only the account details the desk sends you in the WhatsApp thread — never details from any other chat, website or "support" number.
• Deposit and withdraw using payment methods that belong to you, in your own name.
• The panel's rules in your welcome message govern turnover, withdrawal timing and limits. Ask the desk in the chat if any of them is unclear.
• All transactions may be reviewed for money-laundering prevention. Do not deposit funds you did not earn legitimately.

9. What this site is not

• We are not a bookmaker or an exchange operator. We do not set odds, settle markets or hold your money.
• We do not guarantee panel uptime, market availability, odds, or any result of play.
• Any balance, bet or settlement lives on the panel, under the panel's terms.
• App files we link are provided by the panel group; install them only from the links the desk sends you.

10. Fair use of this site

• Do not scrape, mirror, resell or misrepresent this site's content.
• Do not interfere with the site, its hosting, or the desk's WhatsApp line.
• Do not use the site or the panel for anything your jurisdiction prohibits, or for fraud, collusion or automated abuse.
• Do not use technical errors or loopholes to your advantage; balances gained that way can be corrected by the panel.

11. Responsible gaming

Betting can be addictive. Play only with money you can afford to lose, and stop when it stops being entertainment. You can ask the desk on WhatsApp to set deposit limits on your ID, or to close or suspend it — see our Responsible Gaming page for limits, self-exclusion and where to get help.

12. Complaints and support

Support and complaints go through WhatsApp: message the desk with your username, what happened, and when. Straight talk gets things fixed fastest — the desk will either resolve the issue or point it to the panel's support. Keep records of your deposits and withdrawals; the panel's history page is the source of truth for your transactions.

13. Privacy

This site holds no accounts and runs no trackers; see our Privacy policy for what happens to data on this site and in the WhatsApp thread.

14. Liability

This site is provided as-is, for information and access. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for losses arising from panel play, panel downtime, payment delays or your use of the app. The panel's terms in your welcome message, and your arrangement with the desk in the WhatsApp thread, govern that relationship.

15. General

• If any part of these rules is unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
• These rules, with the panel's terms in your welcome message, are the whole agreement about your ID.
• The site's name, pages and content are protected; copying the site without permission is not allowed.
